I joined the team of Japanese & English handwriting OCR.
Mainly I created the system of fixing miss-recognition by using natural language processing.

Utility Fee Simulation
I created utility(gas, electric and water) fee simulation and summary report system. I did it with a University Professor and a gas company.
A gas company's sales rep used it when they recommend new gas plan to customers.
It
helped sales promotion because we could notice the down costs between old and new plans fee.

Manual tasks are inefficiency and make uncertain results. Finally almost team member get much tired...
I have a habit of creating scripts when I notice that I
repeat it 3 times or more.
